Northern Virginia Nereids

Artistic swimming (formerly known as synchronized swimming) is an Olympic sport that combines dance, gymnastics, and swimming.

The Northern Virginia Nereids (NVN) is half way into the 2023-24 season and we have attended the USAAS 2024 Nationals and are getting ready for regionals May 11/12th and the USAAS 2024 Junior Olympics at the end of June in Oregon!

Summer Synchro registration will Open in July and 2024/25 Season Registration will open on August 1 2024.
